Our wild berries are hand-gathered in areas such as the lush woodlands of the Cascade and Olympic Mountains, where our intrepid pickers often find themselves competing with Black bear, cougar, and other animals for delicious juicy berries.”

Many of their wild berries are handpicked in the mountains in the Pacific Northwest from Washington, Idaho, Alaska, and Canada. They also have a handful of select berries harvested from Europe.

The International Wild Huckleberry Association has worked with the LaMonte’s for several years. Although we have not purchased items from them directly, we have referred them to huckleberry producers who have relied on their fine selection to make many of the delicious Pacific Northwest gourmet foods seen on many store shelves in the area.
