With New Year’s Eve coming up very soon, the following recipe for a huckleberry vodka drink would be perfect!

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen huckleberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 ounces vodka
Instructions
- Toss the frozen berries, sugar, water and vodka into a blender and blend on low until the mixture forms an icy puree.
- Pour into 2 cups or glasses and enjoy!
