Ingredients
1 3/4 cup cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups huckleberries
Directions
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Beat egg yolks.
Add to margarine.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Do not stir out all lumps.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Fold into batter along with berries.
Bake on preheated waffle iron.
